experience performing inspections and an extensive background in building
maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, structural repair,
roofing and construction, he also went to school
specifically to fine tune his skills as a home & building
inspector at the American Home Inspector Training Institute
(AHIT) and became certified through their accredited
program.
He is also certified
through the National Association of Certified Home
Inspectors & American Home Inspection Training Institute. He
has attended the American Home Inspection Training Institute
for comprehensive in-depth training that is specifically
geared for home inspector excellence.
Every year the inspector is
required through NACHI to take continuing technical and
educational courses to ensure that the inspector stays up to
date with the latest procedures and technology of the home
& building inspection industry.
